Only online submissions will be accepted
Application must include proof of 501(c)(3) status
Only complete applications will be reviewed
If grant funds were received during the 2022-23 grant period, an online evaluation form must be submitted and received in order to be eligible for the 2023-24 grant funds
Applications are due September 15, 2023 for the 1st grant cycle and by March 15, 2024 for the 2nd grant cycle (applications will still be accepted after March 15th, if funds are still available)
Distributions will be made in the fall and the spring
